Finnan Haddie Bistro 9365 Main Murray River Reviews Average Rating: Very Good (2 votes)
Four of us had an tasty and down-to-earth dinner here on August 20th. The healthy, organic, local everyday food was great after a long bicycle ride that day. We shared the sweet potato fries and mussels, both were very good. I had an excellent veggie wrap - well seasoned and with fresh, crisp vegetables. Others had hamburgers and the lobster wrap, and they enjoyed them as well. For desert we had the best chocolate cake we've had in a long time - and that's saying something! Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. We drove from Montague, and it was well worth the drive.
Comment on Traditions's Review of Finnan Haddie Bistro
Myself and several girlfriends stopped at the Finnan Haddie Bistro for lunch on Sunday August 5th. We were very impressed with our meals. To start all 5 of us shared the sweet potato fries to start - it's a generous portion and there was plenty to go around. We all had the green envy salad and the house dressing which ended up being poppy seed, it was very good - as was the chowder. We enjoyed sitting on the deck but the decor inside was very nice as well. I'd recommend this stop to any one passing by and looking for a good casual meal made from good quality local ingredients.
